The project raised over $400K on Kickstarter, exceeding its goal by more than 2,000 percent. I managed timelines, team communication, asset delivery, and BackerKit fulfillment across digital and physical products. My leadership ensured smooth collaboration between writers, artists, developers, Egyptologists, and manufacturers, driving the campaign from concept to large-scale production with cultural authenticity, creative excellence, and operational precision.
