Tales from the Tape Deck
Hey there, survivors… It’s your DJ for the end-times, Cat-A-Clysm, broadcasting live from the ruins of yesterday.
You’re locked into Tales from the Tape Deck: the only station still spinning hope on magnetic tape.
If this signal’s reached you, you’ve still got a shot. Pre-back the transmission and score early access to playtest tapes and toptier VIP content—stuff the bunker crowd won’t see ‘til it’s too late.
So don’t fade into the static. Grab your dice, cue the track, and help write the last story this world’s gonna hear.
This is Cat-A-Clysm signing off... keep your reels tight, your volume high, and your batteries fresh.

Tales from the Tape Deck is a TTRPG system in a tape cassette case. Multiple "Zine"-style booklets fit in the case, providing a TTRPG experience in each "volume." Setting resources, adventures, and character options are all packed into multiple booklets using the rules-light Mork Borg system inside the cassette case jacket.
The goal is to encourage a community to play "pick-up" games. Simple rules and small footprints make for ideal tournaments and convention games unscheduled. GMs and players alike can mix and match booklets, as Mixed Tapes, in their case, eventually creating custom and unique experiences for every player.
The scenes and adventures vary from cassette to cassette. Every volume of Tales from the Tapedeck is inspired by a genre of music and has a playlist that goes with it. Tales from the Tapedeck is a joint project between Suffety Games and J. Yamil.
